Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of minced green onion
  • 1 cup of cooked crabmeat, chopped finely
  • ½ cup of dry bread crumbs
  • 3/4 cup of shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of dried dill weed
  • ½ cup of melted butter
  • 1.5 pounds of fresh button mushrooms, remove stems
  • ¼ cup of dry white wine

Before getting started, make sure to preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Get Cooking

First, melt the butter in a skillet. Cook and stir in the green onion until soft. Once softened, transfer the onion to a bowl.

Stir in crabmeat, breadcrumbs, lemon juice, dillweed, ¼ cup of the shredded Monterey Jack cheese, and the beaten egg to the green onion mixture. Make sure ingredients are all well mixed.
